Day 235 - Storm clouds on the coast
5 November 2010- Sometimes it is clear the photo skills (and maybe the camera) need work. I was trying to convey the building storm clouds over the Gold Coast.

4 September 2010- The view from the rooftop terrace at work, looking towards the city. The little speck in the distance is a Blackhawk. We were preparing for the Riverfire fireworks later that night.

Day 94 - trains
17 June 2010 - This is the view from my work car park. The train tracks run right by, which can be quite noisy. The other bridge, with the lights on, is the yet to be opened Go Between Bridge. yes Brisbane has a bridge called the Go Between Bridge.

Day 62
16 May 2010 - We went to the community day for the new bridge. While there were many people on the bridge, the pedestrian walkway is closed until June.

Day 28: City life
12 April 2010 - A parking tragedy. While waiting for Greg I noticewd this on the other side of the road(one way street). ONe car being towed, the other has just received a ticket -the owner is gazing at the sign that says that th place where he has parked is a clearway (no parking) between 4 and 6 pm. It was 5.

Day 9: Sights of Brisbane
24 March 2010- I have always called this the " DNA fountain" for reasons that are hopefully quite clear. Part of the drought response measures by Brisbane has been to fill in the water pool it once sat in with rocks, and fence it off.
