This is a Project 365 blog- a picture every day for a year. I picked up this idea from Allison, as I find it an interesting and challenging project. I have chosen to start from my birthday and document each day of my 33rd year. There is a photo for each day- mostly with me as the photographer (there will be exceptions. Some days it is hard to choose, others not so hard.

Day 312- Merry Christmas!
21 January 2011- My Christmas present finally arrived. A new Kindle! No thanks to Amazon's policy of prioritising domestic customers over their cashed up overseas customers. Anyway, in the days since I have taken this picture I have been able to appreciate an easily readable portable digi library of books.

Day 289- Gifts
29 December 2010- a few late presents were unwrapped- these preloved plastic animals were a hit, more so than the book or the blow up croc.

Day 283 - So Many Toys
23 December 2010- I spent an afternoon helping sort donated toys. Everytime we cleared the table, more came in.
Day 277- Tree Ornament
17 December 2010 - This tree ornament has been around for a long time, I have no memory of who gave it to us, but it has survived 3 different continents and many moves.
Day 274 - Bring me some figgy pudding
14 December 2010- We have an excess of Christmas pudding this year, and started eating it early.

Day 265- O Christmas Tree
5 December 2010- The christmas tree- out of the box and not yet decorated. I miss real trees at Christmas, but they aren't easy to find here.
