This is a Project 365 blog- a picture every day for a year. I picked up this idea from Allison, as I find it an interesting and challenging project. I have chosen to start from my birthday and document each day of my 33rd year. There is a photo for each day- mostly with me as the photographer (there will be exceptions. Some days it is hard to choose, others not so hard.

Day 15
March 30 2010 - The current cross stitch project- an ill fated one. I seem to be constantly making mistakes and having to unpick and redo. Not sure why I am having so many problems.

Day 13: puzzling world
28 March 2010 - The puzzle nears completion. A spherical puzzle with pictures of tropical birds. It's only taken 2 years to open the box, but 2 days to complete.
Day 11
26 March 2010 - SInce the only thing I took pictures of was the palm tree leaves outside work, that's what I have. Never to late to start the theme of geometric patterns.
Day 10: The River
25 March 2010 - Taken with the night shot function, while waiting for the ferry. I wasn't this light, but the camera had a nice long exposure and produced this.
Day 9: Sights of Brisbane
24 March 2010- I have always called this the " DNA fountain" for reasons that are hopefully quite clear. Part of the drought response measures by Brisbane has been to fill in the water pool it once sat in with rocks, and fence it off.
Day 8
23 March 2010 -I only took 4 photos this day, and this is, disturbingly, the best. The funny white lines on the side of my head are the reflection of the flash off our black hatrack.

Day 7: Things in the kitchen
22 March 2010 - We are collecting corks to make a cork board. Thanks to the wide take up of screw tops, this is harder than anticipated.
Day 4: Sydney
19 March 2010- The Chinese Gardens at Darling Harbour. This lizard was enjoying a nice sunbathing session.
Day 3: In Canberra
18 March 2010- A trip to Canberra to see the travelling Musee D'Orsay exhibition. This is a gum tree outside the National Portrait Gallery.
Day 2: At work
17 March 2010 - This cardboard dartboard (magnetic darts) hangs near my desk. It used to hang on the corkboard, but that was replaced by a whiteboard. I bought it as stress relief- the only person who ever uses it is my boss.
