Day 104- Sunday Roast
27 June 2010- The lamb roast, ready to go in the oven. In an effort to use some of the wine, this recipe uses half a bottle of chardonnay. Tasted pretty good

Day 101 - Wine!
24 June 2010- We have way too much. What with the frequent stops at Dan Murphy's on Fridays, the quarterly 12 bottles and the extra we bought for the party in January, we have a lot. This picture shows a small fragment of the collection that is housed in the kitchen, in the vain hope that we will drink it.

Day 29
13 April 2010- A wine/beer/ spirits tasting evening at Emporium Hotel. Some expensive French Champagne, James Squire beers (with a fabulous chees called Tilsit) and a variety of wines.
