This is a Project 365 blog- a picture every day for a year. I picked up this idea from Allison, as I find it an interesting and challenging project. I have chosen to start from my birthday and document each day of my 33rd year. There is a photo for each day- mostly with me as the photographer (there will be exceptions. Some days it is hard to choose, others not so hard.

Day 99 - Baking fail
22 June 2010 - Still in baking mode I tried one of my old favorites- the Hershey's rich chocolate cake (or something along those lines). It didn't want to come out of the pan. Now I remember, this was the recipe that got me started on using baking paper to line the pan.
Day 97 - Scones
20 June 2010 - I felt like baking, so I cracked open the " country kitchen" cookbook and tried some scones. I used half buttermilk and half regular milk (what the recipe called for) and they were yum, but had a tendency to fall apart (Greg's complaint, not mine)
