Day 77 - Stupid mouse

31 May 2010 - We came back to discover that a small rodent had invaded the house and selectively chewed things. Here, my favourite pair of shoes, mangled by rodent teeth and despoiled by rodent poo, lie in the garbage. Greg was happy (he hates these shoes) until he discovered the damage they had done to the computer cables.

23 May 2010 - Dinner at my dads. This little kitten is the pet of his partner, Lia. A very small and cute cat that doesn't bring out the claws very often.

Day 47

1 May 2010 - We drove down to Byron Bay for the day, and while walking on the point I saw this lorikeet. Sometimes it is amazing to see something like this just flying around in the wild- not in a zoo.

Day 16: Bird life

31 March 2010 -This little bird was hanging araound in the parking lot while I was waiting for soccer training to start. It is quite a busy area for birds on t ground, maybe there are some serious bug communities I can't see?
