This is a Project 365 blog- a picture every day for a year. I picked up this idea from Allison, as I find it an interesting and challenging project. I have chosen to start from my birthday and document each day of my 33rd year. There is a photo for each day- mostly with me as the photographer (there will be exceptions. Some days it is hard to choose, others not so hard.

Day 123 - Yay
16 July 2010 - Leaving the dentist feeling sorry for myself I spotted this. One of my favorite authors is releasing a new book! Yay
Day 122 Fail Sail!
15 July 2010 - I retouched to obscure the phone number, but otherwise this is a sign in a local suburb. Words fail me.
Day 121 - Fire!
14 July 2010 - We saw this fire (at the back of a newsagent) on our way home from Barossa in Boardshorts.

Day 120 - Mexican!
13 July 2010 - Being unable unable to use either the stove or the oven (the electrician has turned them off) we tried our local mexican restaurant.
Day 119 - Coriander
12 July 2010 - A little pot of coriander, clinging on to life despite my best efforts.
Day 118 - Danger
11 July 2010 - This is what happens when you wire an oven incorrectly and illegally. The plug is fused to the outlet. Strangely enough the oven doesn't work anymore. That white stuff- that's melted stuff, and there is some melted plastic at the top (black bit).
Day 116 - project
9 July 2010- Half of a biscornu in progress. The threads are from the Eumundi markets, and dyed locally.
Day 114 - Twas a dark and stormy day
7 July 2010 - The church that is tucked in behind the stadium. I hadn't realised how cloudy it was that day

5 July 2010- We have a lot of computer bits around the place, this is a fan - I think.
Day 111 - 4th of July
July 4 2010 - Happy 4th of July! Except that I live in Australia. This is at KPR after our game finished, watching one of the men's teams

Day 110 - I made this
3 July 2010 - I recycled a disused pillow by turning it into a cushion, using my teeny tiny sewing machine for the first time in 3 years. I learned that I don't use sewing machines very well.
Day 108 - commute
1 July 2010 - Driving home after work. The sky is beautiful, but there is not much chance to appreciate it, as we are all waiting for the lights to change
Day 107 - Training
30 June 2010 - Soccer training on a chilly night. There was a weird mist on the field, but it eluded my photography.
Day 106 - Too many books?
29 June 2010- Some of the bookshelves in the study. The one in the center is the one I built myself (with a lot of assistance).
Day 105- Domesticity
28 June 2010- The ironing board with a new cover. Note the lack of anything actually being ironed.
Day 104- Sunday Roast
27 June 2010- The lamb roast, ready to go in the oven. In an effort to use some of the wine, this recipe uses half a bottle of chardonnay. Tasted pretty good
